When I applied to college, I had to write a lengthy essay to explain why I wanted to apply to college. I graduated from a public high school in Ohio at the top ten percent of my class. I attended college in Ohio, studying Education and Psychology, with a healthy dose of the fine arts thrown in. I love the performing arts; orchestral music to ballet are all fun events I enjoy. I worked with various non-profit organizations throughout the eighties and nineties. I love the visual arts...currently I am working on developing my career as a visual artist. I enjoy multimedia events and would eventually like to combine my musical background with the visual arts in some way.

I enjoy the fine arts, but I have worked with organizations with religious and social implications. For instance, one of the groups I worked with was tasked with referring homeless populations to social services available to them. I have to say that I burned out a little.

I love to laugh, enjoy life, and think of new ways to watch the sunset. I have seen the sunset on both coasts, and a few places in the Caribbean. I love to travel, and because I love photography...I am always looking for the chance of a lifetime to travel with my camera.

I love the American Quarterhorse Congress held each year in Columbus, Ohio. I have friends and acquaintances that have horses in the events from time to time. Of course, horses are fun subjects to photograph.

I prefer to enjoy my social life in sports bars watching college football and other sporting events on the big screen...if I can't score some seats to the stadium. I usually don't do big parties...but I do enjoy social interaction with people.

I don't smoke, and I prefer to be in smoke-free environments. I also don't do drugs, and also prefer drug free environments.

I guess this a good starting point...I hope to meet some new friends, and maybe have some fun online.

Camping in the National Forests. I love campfires, smores, and fresh, clean air. Of course, getting there is half the fun...usually a lengthy trip down the backroads of America. I'd love to see them in a convertible with the top down:)

The first thing I usually look for is a nice personality. I almost can start with the golden rule...a person that doesn't treat others well is probably not a person I want to be associated with. I look for a person with a conscience, a person with a higher sense of purpose. Of course, a person that takes care of themselves...a nonsmoker/nondrug user. I love to meet people that like to think of environmentally friendly solutions to problems...like alternative energy sources.
