I am looking for a give and take relationship that doesn't involve me giving and giving with my partner only taking. I am a type of mirror. You get what you give. If you give honesty, I will always be honest with you. If you are a person that is never on time, don't expect me to be there exactly when you expect me. I can't do double standards and I mean that literally. I will become defensive and argumentative without noticing immediately when that happens. I know myself well. If there is something you want to know, I will tell you despite the consequences. I have that much integrity and character. I know that a lot of other people don't so I don't hold others to that standard, but I warn that I won't be a part of an intimate relationship if you don't understand that about me. I have tried to change it. Be sneaky, not for me, lie, not for me, deal with immaturity, not for me. I believe in communication. We are adults. We have been speaking a language for years, there is no reason to literally argue. Heated discussion perhaps. There are too many variables in the world for one person to be 100% right about anything at anytime. You say the sky is blue? Really, is it blue when it's snowing and you can't see it? Is it blue on a clear winter night? The properties of light determine along with the individuals eyes and what they've learned determined what really exists and I want someone that knows that. Black and white is for certain things. When I code has been broken and a line has been crossed. Everything around that is all subject to the circumstances in my book and I accept other people knowing that. You will not be your best at all times. You will not be happy at all times, you will not be a lot of things that I may want. But it is possible that you can be exactly what I need. Flaws are part of the human condition. I accept them. I have my own. My different view of the world. My short stature, and that I am not in top model shape etc etc. What do you really want in a woman though. Someone that can make you happier (note I didn't say happy, only you can do that) and will do the best they can to help you stay on track with your goals, or a gold digging, fake it until they make it hooker. Sounds crude, however you know the types of people that I am referring to. I am a genuinely good person. I am a rare find. I know the difference between what I want and what I need. I don't need new everything all the time. I need food, shelter and social time. I want some of the stuff between. One of the best presents I can get is consideration. With the way that a majority of relationships go, it's important to me, so I give it freely. I think it's important to treat a person how you would like to be treated and train a person how to treat you. Sounds awful training a person, however, if you don't, people will run all over you and not think twice about it. There are specific things I don't like. Watching people argue is one of them. I will remove myself from the situation. Afterward when I am confronted about my absence I explain that I don't deal with those types of things. The next time they want to argue, they either wait until I'm gone or they do it elsewhere. This keeps my life exceedingly more drama free than others and I like that. Peace does not have to be boring. Peace can be just that. Peaceful. I have said quite a bit. There is more to say if you are interested after this novel of a description, but not too much more. This should give you the basics. I know me. I'm willing to accept you the way you are under the condition that you accept me the way I am. If you cross a negotiated boundary, you are aware of the potential consequences, you don't have to worry about a liar with me, Not shy, will support you to the best of my ability, friendly, outgoing, but needs a break from it at times, Not clingy or needy unless I'm physically sick and last but not least, love unconditionally once I love you.

A multi level date. First a place where we can observe each other in an activity where we can take turns. Indoor rock climbing, or a gathering of some sort. You can see how I interact with others and I you. Followed by a lunch or dinner where it's you and I, and we can interact with only the 2 of us followed with something we may both enjoy quietly like a movie. These 3 levels of introduction to each other helps us see each other more clearly in my eyes.

Para gliding. I love anything to do with water and water sports and I have yet to do that.

It varies on who I'm with, what we're doing, and the level of friendship we have. If it's my best friend, anything is good. We can watch paint dry and it will be the best time ever. I like to do so many things, it's easier to state what I dislike. I dislike death defying acts/near death experiences. I have felt terror and I don't like it. Normal things, like swimming, skiing, jet ski's reading, camping, fishing, hiking, and other things you can generally do in a group or alone that don't involve needing rescue I am intersted in. When I need solitude my artistic side emerges. I like making marbles, painting, sculpting, light carpentry to include woodworking and putting up shelves etc. My idea of fun is generally doing something other than sitting, :)

I look for someone that accepts and compliments me. It's popular to say that opposites attract, and that tends to be true, however no one speaks about how opposites don't last. Balance is good, but one extreme and the other will never mesh well.
