Now, that I have been on my own for over 4 years after a 31 year marriage, I’ve realized that I come a long way in getting closer to being true to myself. I was going to take myself off of the site until I truly knew what I was looking for to realize that I always have and have not found my soulmate. I put pressure on myself when I meet someone where I don't want to hurt that person and I try to figure out to how to make it work to finally realizing that she's not the one and then beat myself up because I don't want to hurt anyone. It makes it difficult to select from hundreds of women on the site when so many are in my scope. My life has been one of setting goals, going after them where failure is not an option. I want to stop that and live a life of no expectations from anyone, just a life where you give your natural heart to each other and see where it leads to one day at a time.
I’m 62 years old and I hope this does not last much longer as I believe a long term loving relationship is key to a happy sustainable life.
I don’t go to the gym. Dancing is my best form of exercise and I haven't danced much in the last 5 years. I like long walks too.
