I spent 7 years of my life traveling the country as a professional dancer. The past two years I finally settled down in, go figure...Utah! Oxymoronic being that I've always been a big city girl. Yet there was something settling to me about being surrounded by such simpletons. Not to say I don't miss the big cities and people who are actually image conscious but I've found this to be a nice place to find some grounding and continue my education. I've had people in this region look down on me for being a "city slicker" as they say but you can't turn a tasteful lady into a farm girl, sorry! Needless to say, I haven't had the best of luck relating to people around here and won't change who I am and the extraordinary experiences I've had to settle for the simple in life. I've found that if you reach a proper balance, one can enjoy the simple things life has to offer while still achieving the extraordinaire! Unfortunately, it's come across as nearly impossible to find someone who strives to achieve the same balance. Maybe I've been here too long b/c before living here I never knew there could be such a balance, as I'd only experienced the high life. I've always been fitness forward and get off on exercising my mind just as well. I love to travel and experience new cultures and ways of life. I've always had the gypsy spirit and am open to exploring new places and people! I'm very open minded and am just wishing to find like minded people. I have a beyond comfortable income and have had some friction meeting people of the sort in this region. They're all either married, gay or free loaders. So, if you're looking to freeload please look elsewhere. I've always been hardworking and am aiming toward a more stable career oriented life, as the career I've had up until currently was anything BUT stable! I can see my life and choices beginning to take the route of considering settling down but I like to explore my many options before choosing to do so. I have learned the hard way not to let a man dictate my career choices unless he's ready to make a housewife of me and even then, no one could stand in the way of me furthering my education. So if all you're looking for is a porcelain doll to be at your beck and call then sorry boys!I I've got the doll part down but would never again let a man persued me to defer my aspirations. I'm settled here at least until the next semester is completed but am open to options that may soar me away. I'm one who holds faith in fate and destiny and in the meantime pave my own roads.
